Return Policy:

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept all return requests within 14 days of receipt of your products. Please email sales@broukandco.com for a return authorization. You must receive authorization (and an RA #) before sending any merchandise back to us. We will not accept unauthorized returns. Returns must be in unused condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price [minus the $5.95 original standard shipping rate, which will be deducted]. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we suggest returning via a trackable common carrier.
